With 25 years of hospitality and food & beverage experience in Asia-Pacific, 17 in residence, Pierre has acquired a deep understanding of the diversity that Asia-Pacific represents, its complexity but also its opportunities.

His first call was high-end hotel industry, which has been instrumental in developing his skills for human interaction, sense of outstanding service and over-delivery on high expectations.

Leaping into gastronomy was motivated by his interest in entrepreneurship and discovering the Asian market at a faster pace, dealing with all sides of development: retail, travel retail and food service business.

Building the leading high-end chocolatier Valrhona's Asia-Pacific organisation was also about reshaping a traditional business model, implementing innovative and cooperative methods previously unknown to the sector.
After 14 years with Valrhona, Pierre has now launched Kairos Asia-Pacific Ltd which supports food & beverage mid-size companies, active but not established in the region, accelerating their growth through a qualitative management and quantitative development of their business.
